Canadian shipment information:

Shipment will be by UPS and your phone number is required.  Even though the necessary phytosanitary certificate is now $42.00 (it'll go up to $60.00 on October 1, 2011!) and shipping just one plant to Canada averages $17.00, you guys deserve a break.  I'm therefore asking only $40.00 US to ship the first plant (whoopie!  A savings of $19.00!  You can buy that 2nd box of butter tarts!).  Please add $1.00 for each additional plant.  PayPal or checks drawn on US accounts are the preferred methods of payment.

All Canadian shipments will be sent on the same day (tentatively set for June 1)  unless specific arrangements are made.
